The problem
The figures the team needed sat in separate systems.
The build
- A database. It brings the brand's sales, stock and accounting data together. Xero is their accounting system.
- A performance workbook. It sits in Google Sheets, with cash flow and stock calculations, and the team works from it.
- A read-only connection. The workbook reads the database through it.
How we work
We build so each figure can be traced back to where it came from, and the workbook reads the database without changing it.
